关于字体名，两件事必须分清 —— 自述里最容易写错的就是这里：

  · **CSS 层**：@font-face 用的是独立 family 名 "Bazicn Display"。
    这是刻意的：门户零 JS，无法在运行时探测缺字，独立 family 名把
    「子集外字符掉回退」从概率问题变成结构上确定的行为，也保证绝不会
    与本机装的同名全量字体混用。
  · **二进制层**：woff2 内嵌的 name[1]/name[4] 仍是 "Noto Serif CJK SC"，
    name[6] 仍是 "NotoSerifCJKsc-Regular" —— **没有**改名。
    这是有意保留的：保留上游名与商标声明，字体文件本身就能自证来源，
    正好服务于 OFL 第 2 条的署名要求。

  这不构成 OFL 1.1 第 3 条（保留字体名）的违约：该条只约束被声明为
  Reserved Font Name 的名字，而本字体**没有声明任何 RFN** ——
  上游 copyright 的 Files: * 段在 "Copyright 2010-2012, Google Corporation"
  之后没有 "with Reserved Font Name" 子句，字体的 name 记录里也没有。
  （"Reserved Font Name" 一词在下方许可正文的 DEFINITIONS 里出现，
    那只是许可条款自身的定义，不是对本字体的 RFN 声明。）
